I’m gifting you all this marvelous resource on the neurodivergent journey of navigating the Illinois & Chicagoland health care system, but even if you live outside Illinois or the United States, you can apply some of these principles to your state or country. I presented on this topic on August 15 to a local group of neurodivergent adults who wanted to learn more about how to figure out neurodivergent-affirming health care and tools to advocate for their health care. This presentation was based on my experiences navigating health care in the Chicagoland area and across Illinois.
